Kubika, operating under the domain kubika.info, respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts our studio. This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data. We are the data controller for information gathered through this site, and our office is located at Aleja Zwycięstwa 96/98, Gdynia, Poland.
When you browse our pages without submitting any form, very little personal data is processed. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which typically include an IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, purely for technical security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of individual visitors.
Should you choose to use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message content you provide. We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting correspondence, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
